*Creation and Management of all the accounts opened for the branchless banking.
* Providing backend support to internal and external customers.
* Interact with the customers over the phone for the resolution of the their problem
* Catter the requests of the customer initiated by the different channels.
* Handling operational assignments given to the team within defined TAT.
* Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone.
* Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work requirements
* Builds constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers and is committed to meeting customer needs in a timely and accurate manner
* Responsible for maintaining confidential, sensitive information and evidence in contested cases.
* Process formulation based on the most efficient and effective solution to customers queries and issues.
