Customer Services Executives required to grow our Inbound US business by assisting our existing and potential customers with their queries.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to the customer inquiries
- Providing service information and resolving customer queries.
- Assisting customers on calls, assesing and adopting the best solution to solve their queries, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Collecting customer details for management to analyze customer needs.
- Maintaining customers call records.
- Keeping customer interaction also recording the queries, comments and complaints.
