Graphic/flash Designer

- We are looking for a gifted graphic designer who is good with his tools to draw and animate for the web. - One must have previous experience, preferably working for an ad agency. One will have to show some previous work and 100% creativity. Create Flash ad designs and corresponding landing pages for online marketing campaigns that follow company style guide. 2. Create Facebook advertising and corresponding landing-page assets. 3. Contribute to concepting of new ad campaigns and iterate on existing campaigns to optimize performance and present the brand in a compelling way. 4. Work constructively with others in the company including marketing, technology, and merchandising, modeling a collegial, positive working environment for all creative team members. 5. Be able to deliver assets on deadline, per assignments' requirements and true to consistent brand standards. 6. Communicate with direct-response managers throughout the process to ensure that projects meet their business requirements. Ability to handle both the strategic and tactical aspects of creative, design & production for assigned tasks. 2. Ability to be scrappy, roll up their sleeves, work without support. 3. Must have the ability to produce creative work under tight deadlines and have the ability to work independently, as well as a team member, and to successfully manage concurrent and competing projects.

- Minimum bachelors degree in Art/Design or related field - Graphic/ Flash Designer, 2+ yrs experience - Formal training and experience in Adobe Flash and action script - A passion for crafting rich screen-based Graphics and Animations that emotional and compelling to use. Provide a point of view about their work an ability to create a vision for the product experience. - Knowledge of web based applications and imbedded systems. - Knowledge in 2D communication tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash or like) - A high degree of self-motivation who is Collaborative, Creative, Curious, Committed with Confidence. - Experience with information architecture, user experience, style guides for e-commerce and wire framing preferred.
