Job Description
To daily check and record the purity of following.
1. Gen set Complain Handling.
2. Store Equipment Record.
3. Customer Complain Handling.
4. Account Coordinator.
5. Daily Check E-mail.
6. Responsible for meeting all targets.
7. Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction high quality service delivery and ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR).
8. A strict adherence to shift and break schedule as communicated by the operations department.
9. Responsible for a hygienic & a clean overall work environment
10. Contribute to manage team objectives through team work.
11. Responsible of maintaining/updating complete knowledge and compliance of processes, routines and procedures along with products/offers being introduced in the department.
12. fluent English.
Job Specification
Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Urdu and English (regional languages are a plus).
