Liaison with Distribution Branches for regarding Branch employee information like, Joinings, Resignations, Confirmations etc. Issuance of employee appointment letters. Preparation of periodic HR status Report & Maintenance of Employee Records. Liaison with Distribution Branches for Final Settlement of resigned employees. Ensures that all processes relating to HR operate within the specific timelines.

Microsoft Office (Spreadsheet & Word Processing), Knowledge of HRIS will be considered as a Plus, Time Management & Effective Organization Skills, Proactive Approach, Attention to Detail & High Level of Accuracy.
