Ensures timely and accurate processing and input new hire information in HRIS.
Liaison with Distribution Branches for regarding Branch employee information like, Joinings, Resignations, Confirmations etc.
Issuance of employee appointment letters.
Preparation of periodic HR status Report & Maintenance of Employee Records.
Liaison with Distribution Branches for Final Settlement of resigned employees.
Ensures that all processes relating to HR operate within the specific timelines.
Microsoft Office (Spreadsheet & Word Processing),
Knowledge of HRIS will be considered as a Plus,
Time Management & Effective Organization Skills,
Attention to Detail & High Level of Accuracy.
