Shumaila’s London is looking for head of delivery for Gulberg Branch in Lahore who has acute passion of delivering best customer services.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth delivery of services to the clients on daily basis.
2. Lead the team of marketing & oversee social media.
3. Lead the team of operations and ensure smooth running of services.
4. Lead the team technical service providers, making sure their knowledge and performance is up to scratch.
5. Lead the team of product managers, ensuring best consultations to the client base.
6. Oversee accountancy and liaise with accountant on need basis.
7. Provide immediate response to any emergency situation that may arise at any time of the day.
8. You will be the first and last person who is responsible for making sure the delivery of high-quality services to the clients and smooth operational activities in house.
9. Manage expectations of all staff members and be able to liaise with staff member at any level of hierarchy.
10. Report to the Management in UK on daily basis.

Remuneration

The selected candidate will be paid 18Lac pa plus annual bonus.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Appropriate bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of management.
2. Minimum 10 years field experience.
3. Must have fluency in English language.
4. Must have team lead experience.
5. Must have technical skills, computer skills & social media management skills (Preferred).
6. Preference to candidates with technical background.
