Job Description
Follow the weekly production plan.
Responsible for overseeing all activities in the Production department to ensure continuous and efficient production.
Provide day-to-day on line training for general practices to workers in order to improve the quality of work.
Keep the record updated in log sheets of in area.
Manage production workers in coordination of concerned production officer to fulfill un interrupted production requirements.
Ensure that all activities in area are running properly and according to the production schedule and requirement.
Responsible to coordinate with maintenance department to ensure smooth running of all machines and their parts.
Coordinate with other functions to ensure that production schedule, quality level and efficiency objectives are achieved
Responsible for implementation of respective department SOPs
Follow up of daily progress and report any discrepancy instantly.
Ensure GMP compliance
Provide training to the departmental staff and keeping the record.
Cross checking / weighing of the materials / bulk before receiving / transferring.
Job Specification
Must have Rich experience of Pharmaceutical (Manufacturing) Company.
Team Leader.
Responsible for the completion / reconciliation of batch document for in time submission in QA.
