Ahmad Umair and Co. (AUC) is a cement distributor in Faisalabad.

As a General Manager in AUC, you will be expected to oversee all the functions from finance to sales and marketing to operations. You should be a versatile individual who understands business’s ins and outs to effectively manage the entire business of AUC.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO and supervising all the department teams along with the CEO.

You will be primarily involved in these activities in your role:

• Company strategy formulation with the CEO
• Overseeing day to day operations of the company
• Conducting business meeting with the clients
• Overseeing teams and making sure projects are delivered on time and with quality
• Helping with budgeting
• Helping with hiring and training of employees
• Evaluating team performance and conducting regular appraisals with the CEO
• Attracting new business and capitalizing business opportunities for the company

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Masters (Preferably – MBA from a well reputed university)
• Experience in Management of at least 5 years

• Hands on and Self Starter
• Ability to lead a team of people
• Microsoft Office with special emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills
• Knack for problem solving
