Job description: Customer Support Representative

Location: NSTP building in NUST, Islamabad

Timings: Monday – Saturday, Night Shift (7pm – 4am)

Salary: RS 35,000

We are expanding our services and have an urgent requirement for a customer support representative to support an E-commerce product with system and after sales support. The customers are based in the USA.

The successful candidate will have Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, Computer literacy, Phone etiquette, Organised and ability to self motivate and work on own initiative.

The working hours are 7pm – 4am and shall be based within the NSTP building in NUST, Islamabad.

Job duties and responsibilities

• Answering questions about a company’s products or services
• Processing orders and transactions
• Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
• Delivering information about a company’s offerings
• Providing proactive customer outreach
• Handling customer complaints
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
• Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
• Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
• Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
