An US based IT company is looking for skilled staff (Male) to fulfil multiple positions at their overseas office located in Islamabad. Working hours (Night Shift/ US Time zone)

2. Active Directory Domain Services
3. Firewall Management
4. Internet Load Balancing
5. Cisco Switch Management
6. Mikrotik Management
7. DHCP Server Management
8. Windows 10 OS and application management
9. WSUS Server Management
10. Windows Sever 2012 and 2016 Management
11. Backup and Recovery Services
12. Antivirus Management
2. CRO (2-3 years experience of US Call Center)
General Requirement:
Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar. Experience in dealing with the public. Ability to work with others in a close manner.
Skills and Specifications:
Technical expert in related computer applications. Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies. Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
3. Account Executive (More than 1 year experience Required)
Excel and have Medical billing/credit control experience of US providers
Fluency in English and have great communication skills
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong Organizational/Interpersonal skills
