To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of TeleBudgies Fleet Management and Vehicle Tracking Solutions and Devices to prospective customers individuals and companies in accordance with agreed business plans.
Role description
This field sales role will involve concentrating on selling vehicle tracking solutions to individuals, new business SME and Corporate Markets.

We offer to our clients either a fleet management service, a vehicle track and trace service, or both
Q- Who are the potential clients
For fleet management service, the potential clients can be
Commercial companies with large fleet of vehicles such as transportation, car leasing, taxis, retail, rentals
Public service fleets such as buses, police, ambulances, security services
Refrigerated Vans
Containers and tanker truck companies
Cash Carrying Armed Vehicles
Custom Solutions regarding remote monitoring and controlling
For the security service, the potential clients can be
Insurance companies.
Commercial companies.
Private Car Owners
Job Specification
For Sales / Marketing staff draft up job descriptions, what key tasks will be.
I would expect main salesperson to:
1. Have previous experience / track record
2. Work from office
3. Visit companies
4. Attend conferences
5. Compile list of top 100 companies in Hazara and send letters followed by phone calls, followed by visits
6. Do presentations
7. Be articulate / presentable
8. Produce marketing information / brochures
9. Paid basic plus bonus based on registered units he signs up
10. Gather market intelligence, make recommendations
11. Produce reports, advice xPT on new products, services, make recommendations, etc.
12. Be able to understand, use, demonstrate Telebudgie.
13. Know marketing e.g. 5 P's, Porter's model
SWOT Analysis of TeleBudgie market in Hazara and neighbouring provinces. Written reports required that recommend how TB is to be marketed, promoted, priced, to which customers, markets, who suppliers, competitors are, what threats, obstacles will be faced, etc
