Preferable Web Developer will be responsible converting designs to html/css from provided PSD, PNG, JPG images with w3c standards but its mainly for the one who is proficient in PHP/MySql and wordpress as CMS.

The job responsibilities include:
1.Developer should do neat, clean, optimized and professional coding validated by W3C Standards.
2.xHTML/CSS must be cross browser compatible (IE7+, FF, Chrome, Safari and Opera,)
3.Should be capable to implement and customize open source javascript, jquery code
4.Must be proficient in PHP/MySql with OOP based concepts, preferred AOOP
5.Must have strong knowledge and understanding working on CMS preferably Wordpress and Joomla
6.Must be able to create and customize templates for WORDPRESS and/or JOOMLA and/or MAGENTO (preference to those having multiple skills in these CMS)

Job Location: This job is based in Gujrat, Pakistan.

Salary: Pak Rs. 7000/- to 12,000/- depending upon skills and experience

Hiring Process: The hiring process includes following phases:
1.Receiving resumes
2.Short listing candidates
3.A confirmation call or email sent by our company representative
4.Interview appointment to short listed candidates on said date/time by our email or call
5.Practical test of at least 2 hours

Skills Required:
1.Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Software Engineering
2.Preferably 1 year experience in web designing
3.Excellent design skills and aesthetic sense
4.Experienced in Adobe CS4+ Applications especially Dreamweaver
5.Experienced in Adobe Fireworks or Adobe Photoshop
6.Experienced in designing practical and user-friendly web interfaces
7.Experience in Adobe Flash will be a plus
8.Preferred candidate will be the one, who has experience in html/css, jquery, javascript and wordpress theming or any other CMS
9.Dedicated, energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, punctual and organized
