Increase Rev is looking for a Online Bidding Specialist to join our team. The job includes identifying opportunities for bid submissions and raising them with the bid management team. Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid. Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals. Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the end-to-end bid process.
Expert in competitive bidding and proposal writing.
Creating customer estimates and quotations.
Maintain high ratings on Upwork and Fiverr.
Collect customer requirements, explain them to the team & hand over the project to the client.
Maintain positive relationship with the client & ensure all deadlines are met.
Ability to connect with the client verbally and in writing.

Required Skills:
Effective Negotiation Skills
Must have 2 year of experience as bidder (upwork and fiverr specialist)
Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong interpersonal abilities
Prior sales experience using social media
Deadline-driven and committed to excellence
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
