* Guests (Customer) complaints management reporting to the higher management, comment cards compliance and followup calls to the guests.
* Daily review/check of product quality, product presentation and reporting quality assurance on daily basis.
* Staff Management includes; Attendance, staff leave, advances record, hiring of right person of right job, staff documentation, staff personnel files, and staff vaccinations.
* Ensure compliance of Health and Safety of Guests and Staff within the premises.
* Daily inspection of outlets, maintaining checklist, variance report of FOH and BOH, POS inspection.
* Control operational cost of outlets, introducing new ways of cost cutting and cost effective plans.
* Monthly reporting of outlet operations, (Outletβs Monthly Closing).
* Implementation and compliance of company policies and protocols.
* Upselling targets and achieving them on monthly basis.
* Training and development of FOH and BOH staff.
