Some of their customers include Airtel, Hutch / Orange, Idea, Tata, BSNL, MTNL in India and operators in Singapore and Australia.
Over 30 million users use a wide range of On Mobile-powered VAS services, generating significantrevenues for the wireless carriers.
Some of the products include.
Ringback Tone - Caller Tunes in HUTCH, Dialer Tones in IDEA
Consumer VAS based on a voice portal - Music Jukebox-on mobile, Sports, Ringtones, Karaoke, Dating, Auctions, Contests etc.(123 in HUTCH, 646 in Airtel etc)
M-Commerce -Airline/Train/Movie ticketing on mobile, M-coupons, Shopping, Comodities, Info etc

Reports To: Director Sales and Business Development
Description:
1. Strong understanding and experience of behavior, segmentation, positioning of consumer market in India.
2. Ability to show original ideas and concepts for developing new revenue generating services and think through from concept to delivery of services in mobile world.
3. Have direct contact with customer and interface senior level management (VP and above) of customer and sale the concept to the customer.
4. Have complete understanding of OnMobile offering as well as understanding of Telecom Operator"s business and based on that work with customer to maximise revenue from OnMobile services.
4. Ability to work independently for customer discussions.
5. Ability to develop product documents, business case and other sales support tools.
5. Have fair knowledge of the telecom space and contribute to new service development with his/her ability to think through possibilities in mobile communication world.
7. Research new markets for prospective customers.
8. Identify new sales opportunities within key accounts for OnMobile products and services.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
Any Graduate and MBA in Marketing
Experience Desired:
6-10 years in FMCG, Media, Market Research. Telecom
Experience in product life cycle management with profit/loss of product line.
Cross functional responsibility of product management, sales management and marketing management is desirable
Should have proven track records in Business Development in good competitive market.
Soft Skills Required: Ability to think out-of-box, creativity
Communication skill (documentation and spoken),
Client handling and account management
Strong interpersonal relationship building skill.
People Management
Competitor knowledge and good networking ability
Networking capability
