Job Description
General Summary
A Manager After Sales Service supervises the daily operations of the technical service team nationwide and ensures strict compliance with equipment and procedural standards, health and safety protocols, as well as after sales services. He must ensure timely project delivery, proper product handling, and consistency of operations. The Manager also develops and conducts customer service training programs and in house training programs [technical + clinical] & plans department budget, and oversees service procedures.

1. Possess Bachelor’s in Biomedical / Electronics (E).
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an equivalent position with excellent management skills (E).
3. Willing to work according to the VISION of the Company [E].
4. The Manager must also be highly analytical, efficient, detail-oriented, computer literate and technically adept (E).
5. Must possess pleasant personality with positive initiative & drive (E).
6. Must possess excellent communication & presentation skills (E).
7. Must possess strong learning ability (E).
8. Knowledge of local competitors & hospitals network and their working environment [D].
9. Have strong contacts with different hospital KOL’s [D].
10. Experience in tackling / support of marketing activity [D].
