Job description
We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicate with clients and team members
Biding on Upwork & Create Gigs (Posting Service Ads to promote services)
Analyze requirements of each project and make requirement document
Prepare proposals for clients
Schedule & do meetings with clients
Update clients regarding project progress
Manage Productivity Board
Prepare & Maintain official documents & manage Click up (Project Management Tool)
Test project and cross check with the initial requirements shared by the client.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree (CS or SE Preferred)
Can communicate efficiently in English
Understands Web Design & Development
Available in Night Shift
Team player
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Should be Time Punctual
