A chain of well-known multi-designer stores retailing high-end women’s clothing and accessories is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to develop and implement local and international marketing plans and strategies. Successful candidates will be well-versed in graphic designing using a variety of design softwares and will have some experience working in a competitive marketing office. They will have created business and marketing plans. They will also have experience in social media advertising including facebook, blog posts, google optimization and twitter. Event management or retail experience is a plus point. Enthusiasm, creativity and a drive to excel are all a must

To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
Liaise with designers and suppliers on new and existing products to create and implement appropriate strategies including customized events
Design digital promotional material for ads, facebook, billboards etc.
Meet with new designers regarding stocking on a regular basis
Design and implement a calendar of events and promotions for each store, including exhibitions, launches, sale events, festivities, themed celebrations etc
Liaise with foreign buyers and clients to solicit orders
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Manage the marketing budget
Liaise with media and advertising companies
Monitor, review and report social media advertising on Facebook, google and Twitter
Keep company website updated with new season collections and product information
