Quality Control Analyst Job Description:

Prepare daily working Plan.
Sampling of all packaging materials and carry out the incoming inspection / testing of
chemicals / raw materials/packaging materials.
Testing of PM & RM and in-process testing of production lines
To carry out the in-process testing of production activities as per product SOP starting
from first step up to finished stage.
To grant the line clearance for production.
Upkeep QC lab with all basic requirements
To prepare the reagents as per Q.C requirement following BP/UPS etc references.
Perform gap analysis between applicable and current ISO 9000 QMS standards;
establish and implement a quality plan to bring the company into ISO compliance.
Work on continuous improvement by integrating quality control tools (e.g. ISO 9000, Six
Sigma, SPC, Kaizen etc.) into processes.
Ensure ongoing compliance with local, national, and international standards and
legislation.
Create and maintain QA control documentation.

Candidate must have 3 to 5 years experience in a leading national or multinational FMCG
company. Candidate must be aware of GC machine, and other techniques of analysis. Must
have knowledge of chemicals, packaging, raw materials. Should have good communication,
reporting and presentation skills. Must be BSC in chemistry, preferrably MSC.
