1) 3-5 years of experience in sales management. Experience with the Courier industry is preferred.
2) Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
3) Regular visits to the customers to generate leads and for strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
4) Responsible for complete sales cycle; order, delivery and payment.
5) Responsible for the performance and development of new Accounts.
6) Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
7) Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
8) Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
