Job Description

We are looking for Inbound/Outbound call centre officers preferably residing close/within DHA, Karachi. The operations run within 2 shifts from 10am to 10pm and interested candidates may forward their resumes ( please note that this this not a telemarketing position)

Responsibilities
o Monitors and assigns work to Customer Representative Officer, while performing all the tasks of a Customer Representative Officer.
o Trains, explains tasks, and assists in the solution of problems.
o Receives customers' requests by telephone or mail, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who best can provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person.
o Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjusts errors.
o Searches restaurant records under discounts allowed, Name, etc., using backend, computer printout, or Excel Master Sheet and various other information available.
o Traces status of reservations through reservation in-charge of the restaurant in question.
o Resolves customer queries related to restaurant’s location, timings, cuisines, reservations etc. as needed.
o Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion.
o Writes up order, mails catalog, samples, price quotations, and similar data to customer, as required.
o Responds to customers' requests via telephone or mail, using personal computer when necessary.
o Contacts customers to ascertain rejected reservations and give reasons; maybe even suggest other options for dining out.
o Possesses knowledge of discounts provided, cost per head, timings of opening and closing of restaurants, and similar data, as required.
o Prepares and forwards preliminary paperwork to Marketing & Sales Department on problem reservations and discounts not received.


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Provides switchboard relief as needed.
o Assists in general enquiries as needed.
o Performs other allied duties as assigned by Assistant Manager Operations.
