Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)
Maintain the GSC production network, include user access area, data center and also the connectivity to multiple customers.
Support the GSC remote access to customer side, including providing the connectivity proposal, connectivity explanation and implementation, also include supporting the connectivity reachability and stable for the all life cycle of the remote access project
Responsible for the daily switch port and firewall policy requirement, network healthy check, emergency planning and drills
Maintain Documentation of network related, such as IP address list, CMDB and also connectivity information for each remote access project
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues assigned to them.
Maintain accurate inventory of all hardware and software resources and parts.
Identify and effectively priorities situations requiring urgent attention.
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
Maintain excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology department.
Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our clients. You will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
For L1 engineer, at least 1~3 years of experience in Network administration, maximum 5 years of experience in Network administration.
