Key Responsibilities:
Execution of Restaurant Operations
Effective controls and monitoring of Accounts, Finance, Procurement and Warehouse sections
Kitchen consumption and inventory cost analysis
Administration, team leading and execution of all policies
Manage and increase the effectiveness of support functions (Finance, Procurement, IT and HR)
Liaison with Government related departments
Payroll management, employee benefits
Qualification and Experience:
B.Com, preferable MBA, M.Com
Relevant experience of 5 - 8 years in operations, accounts and finance is mandatory
