Job Description
- Maintaining and updating stock inventory records and location of goods.
- Handling inventory management
- Generating purchase orders and goods received notes
- Undertaking stock counts
- Managing inbound consignments by ensuring timely pick- ups of items from suppliers
- Cataloging received items and approving them for delievery after quality inspection
- Other logistics related activities as assigned
Job Specification
- Bachelor degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field
- 2-3 years Supply Chain Planning experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and application
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SAP system experience highly desired
- Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
- Flexible work schedule
