• dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes
• organising and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
• dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
• producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

• Computre literate.
• Should have a general dea of banking processes.
• Good skills of Eglish written and oral.
