• Make Quarterly Business Plan plans and get them approved from immediate supervisor
• Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation based upon understanding and identification of customer’s needs
• Update visit plans on daily basis with due consultation with immediate supervisor
• Develop sales by making initial presentation to clients; explaining product and service enhancements; introducing new products and services.
• Close sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
• Regularly achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain excellent work relationship with existing internal / external customers and resolve their issues within timelines
• Develop new potential leads within designated area in accordance with company’s policy
• Update clients and send monthly reports to them

• Mentor colleagues regarding effective selling techniques and educate them about product qualities & distinctions
• Penetrate in insurance industry to secure additional sales while improving overall effectiveness
• Maintain regular contact via in-person meetings, phone calls and emails with clients for new business
• Proactively seek referrals from satisfied customers
