Job Description
Closely liaise and coordinate with principals for achieving sales & coverage objectives. Prepare sales targets/objectives for the supervisors and sales team and upon approval; put it into plan of action for timely achievement.Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team and assist them in planning workflow in the office and field, preparing sales estimation, stock analysis and stock distribution.Identify variances from the sales targets and take corrective measures.Ensure regular market visit to obtain maximum feedback, also ensure that sales team regularly visit market with the following purposes.
