Monthly Invoices/Preparation and Distribution of Salary/Cash Handling/Bank/Filing and Indexing and Work as assigned by Accounts Manager and Regional Manager

Account related experience is a must. Should be computer and basic accounting literate. Must have basic knowledge of banking aswell.

- Prepare Bank reconciliation statement every month - Posting to General Ledger and sub ledger - Reconcile sub ledger balances with General Ledger - Prepare bank payment Vouchers, receipt vouchers, journal vouchers - Get vouchers signed and forward to cashier

- Prepared Daily Cash Payment & Cash Receipt Vouchers. - Prepared Daily Bank Payment Vouchers. - Maintain The Record of Daily Bank & Cash Payment Vouchers - Online & Cash Transactions in Banks when no Recovery officers are available. - On the Last Date of Every Month Physical Stock Take at Store & Report to Manager.
