Assist Finance Manager in all the activities.
Prepare vouchers for payments.
Prepare Account Receivable and accounts payables.
Maintain accounts receivable customer and account payable vendor files.
Processing financial documentation, including orders, invoices and payment, manage cash receipts, disbursement and petty cash.
Salary disbursement of all employees along with payslips.
Vendor payments through cheque and also through cash.
Follow the tax return bank receipt from tax consultant.
Cash Disbursement to the different projects.
Keeping and maintaining files of all relevant activities of accounts.
ny other relevant duties assigned by the Manager/CEO.
Data management.
Oversee all recruitment Process.
Inventory system management.
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
Preparing new employee files.
Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.
Processing payroll, which includes ensuring Leave Record Updating.
Maintaining current HR files and databases.
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews.
Document and share lessons learnt achievements and successes from the field.
