A hand gesture recognition systems under sign language, using 3D based sensors on the Kinect and Leap Motion Controller (LMC). Both sensors provide an amazing relation between human and device provides controller-free entertainment situation in several fields such as bio-medical, entertainment and etc. It’s preliminary requirements for user to communicate and control a device using basic skills and well-organized manner in human-robot interaction depended.

Unlike previous approaches that use Hand-controller and electromechanical devices, have number of limitation about this problem approaches were introduced to minimize those problems about gesture recognition systems. This paper has discussed the analysis on gesture recognition using Kinect and Leap Motion Controller. Many approaches of both devices will be compared and theand best one them will be selected interm of accuracy and effiecncy . As far as finding is concerns, a dominant approach will be used with new purposed suggestions to maximize precision on human gesture recognition using 3D based sensors (Kinect and LMC) to achieve more efficient classification accurate performance with human-robot interaction.

Nowadays, people desire more appropriate, those devices which are user friendly or devices rather than old-fashioned approaches of by using hand-ontrollers and electromechanical devices like as keyboard, joystick etc. having limitized in movements, simplicity and little rigid. Gesture defines as human expressions or behavior of with out sound speeches refer to share your message and could be expressed by using a one-line chain of command, a word, a phrase and movement, and could be static and dynamic [1]. The location of hand in space for little amount of time with little movements, is named as dynamic gesture while the gesture without fingers and hands movements in space is called static gesture.
