Through training, research, and advocacy, we empower our clients with the necessary tools and expertise to address their immigration challenges effectively. We actively advocate for migrants’ rights, publish informative materials, and foster collaboration among migrants, immigrants, government agencies, civil society organizations, and the public to shape a progressive approach to migration in Pakistan

Training and Capacity Building

Legal ID Pakistan conducts training programs and capacity-building initiatives aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of various stakeholders involved in immigration and migration issues. This includes government officials, law enforcement agencies, civil society organizations, immigration consultants and other relevant parties. The goal is to equip them with the necessary tools and expertise to address immigration challenges effectively and ethically.

Research & Development

Legal ID Pakistan engages in extensive research across various migration-related topics. This includes analysing immigration policies and legal frameworks, investigating issues such as human trafficking and smuggling, assessing the socioeconomic impact of migration, studying labour migration and remittances, and exploring irregular migration and returnee reintegration.
