  Empowering Communities, Cultivating Growth

  Founded in 2022, we are not-for-profit, and non-partisan organization. Run programmes in partnership with local community building organizations working for the Pakistani diaspora living in the Nordic. While boosting community building, the NPF also acts as a liaison between the diaspora and governmental and non-governmental organizations in both the Nordics and Pakistan.

  In addition to offering fellowships, internships, training, mentorship, and publications, NPF conducts research initiatives that provide valuable insights into the experiences, contributions, and challenges of the Pakistani diaspora. These research projects aim to inform policy, enhance cultural understanding, and guide our programs to create meaningful, data-driven impacts. By blending community support with research, NPF is reinforcing strong, evidence-based relationships between the Nordic and Pakistani communities.
