Senai Development Enterprises

Senai Development Enterprises (SDE) is a Partnership Concern. Construction and Development is the main line of Business. Since its inception, SDE has established an impressive record by providing quality construction services.

SDE is currently working on Torkham Jalalabad Additional Carriageway Project. Frontier Works Organization (FWO), a wing of Pakistan Army, is the main Contractor to National Highway Authority (Employer) and SDE is working as subcontractor to FWO. Current source of Revenue of SDE is contract receipts from FWO on account of said Project.

We are enclosing herewith Annual Financial Statement for Year 2018-19. Nest year (2019-20) financials are under process and shall be provided within a couple of weeks. Similarly the Company profile is also attached.

Due to Corona Virus issue, there are certain restrictions difficulties on availability of manpower and other resources required for execution of the Project. Therefore progress on the project is slow. Due to slow progress we need to make small payments to petty subcontractors (who do not maintain bank accounts) and for other allied services in cash. Accordingly we are preparing and en-cashing cheques of small amounts.
