KOHESULTAN MINING COMPANY (PRIVATE) LIMITED(KMCL), is a joint venture incorporated in Quetta, Balochistan, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on September 28th, 2021, with a authorized capital of 5 million USD. Its shareholders are, MCC TONGSIN RESOURCES LIMITED (MCCT) taking 80% of shares, and SIAKOH MINERALS (SMC - PRIVATE) LIMITED (SMD). taking the rest 20% of the shares. The main business scope of KMCL is nonferrous metal mining, processing and products marketing.
MCCT is a 100% subsidiary of Metallurgical Corporation of China (MCC), a large-scale State-Owned Enterprise of China. The main business scope of MCCT is copper, lead, zinc and other minerals exploration and exploitation, combining investment, development, construction, production and management of mining project. Currently, MCCT has 3 subsidiaries out of China, namely 1) MCC Resources Development Company (Private) Limited (MRDL) in Pakistan, operating Saindak Copper-Gold Project on lease contract basis; 2) Kohesultan Mining Company (Private) Limited (KMCL) in Pakistan, exploring Siadiq Copper deposit; 3) MCC-JCL Aynak Minerals Company Limited (MJAM) in Afghanistan, operating Aynak Copper Project.
