ABOUT SEM Cleaning & Moving

SEM Städ® started in 2011 under the name NEO Tjänster and in 2016 it was transformed into the limited liability company SEM Solutions AB Org.nr: 559049-3432 . Today we go under the name SEM Städ & Flytt and provide cleaning services and moving assistance throughout Sweden. We have now been providing moving and cleaning services for 11 years and have offered people an easier everyday life.

We started as a small individual company and have grown over the years through hard work to now be one of the safest providers of cleaning services and moving assistance. We started in Malmö by performing moving cleaning and home cleaning for private customers in Skåne, and then grew stronger and also performed more advanced industrial cleaning for companies and worked with larger players as a subcontractor of cleaning services. Today we perform all types of cleaning and moving services throughout Sweden.

In Malmö we worked with those who considered themselves to be in a socially vulnerable situation and with NEO Services we were able to offer them a gateway to the job market, the Swedish language and a contribution to society. We constantly work with distancing ourselves from racist expressions and a great tolerance for different cultures. We welcome diversity, active participation in Swedish society and a sustainable growth model.
