About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, persuasive, and experienced salesperson to help us promote and sell our services directly through Discord communities and DMs.
You’ll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals within Discord servers and relevant online spaces.

• Engage with potential clients through Discord servers, groups, and communities.

• Identify prospects who could benefit from our services and start meaningful conversations.

• Present and pitch our services in a professional, friendly, and convincing manner.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, chats, and conversions.

• Collaborate with the management team to refine sales strategies and improve client outreach.

• Proven experience in Discord sales, marketing, or client outreach.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (written & verbal).

• Ability to handle objections and close sales professionally.

• Must understand Discord culture, communities, and etiquette.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable.

• Experience selling digital, creative, or software services.

• Understanding of graphic design, web development, animation, or game-related services.

• Familiarity with CRMs or sales tracking tools.

• Commission (with high earning potential)
