Job Description

• Inbound Handling Customer service & Sales Calls from US/Canada customers
• Online booking processing and lead conversion.
• Follow up with customers and clients for existing reservations.
• Sell/cross-sell travel-related services (Flights, Hotel, Car, Travel Insurance, Holiday Packages etc)
• Meeting monthly performance metrics
