The candidate must demonstrate excellent negotiation abilities, financial forecasting expertise, and proficiency with tools such as HubSpot CRM to streamline business development activities.

The Business Development Manager will work along side the Team Supervisor to ensure a steady flow of projects keeps teams from being idle.

Effective communication and presentation skills are essential to visit clients and secure contracts.

The role requires the ability to collaborate with the Team Supervisor ensure smooth operations and accurate job quoting to meet daily, weekly and monthly revenue and profit targets.
