For Coil Springs section, we have technical assistance of Institute Of Spring Technology (IST) U.K., which provides us feedback on all the technical issues relating with Coil Springs. This involves material selection, machinery selection, manufacturing processes and surface treatment.
For Sheet Metal section, we are mainly producing muffler exhausts for two wheelers and other sheet metal body parts for two wheelers and four wheelers.
For Machining section, we are using CNC lathes, precision centre less grinding machines to produce critical parts of engines and other applications of automotive industry.
Necessary assistance for designing of product is also provided in case of nonavailability of required data or drawing. Our team of professionals is capable to design and develop any kind of part related with our line of business and will be happy to assist all our potential customers.
