1 Customer Service (C.S) Representative Internee
Role Overview:
Assist clients by providing information and support related to visa services and application procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or in person
Guide clients about visa requirements and documentation
Maintain customer records and follow up on applications
Coordinate with the visa processing team regarding client cases
Handle basic complaints and provide solutions professionally
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Ability to handle customer queries politely
Basic understanding of visa/immigration services (preferred)
2 Visa Processing Internee
Role Overview:
Support the visa department in preparing and managing visa applications for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing visa application files
Verify documents such as passports, forms, and financial records
Fill out online visa forms and upload documents
Maintain records of applications and track processing status
Communicate with embassies or visa centers when required
Required Skills:
Attention to detail
Organizational skills
Basic knowledge of documentation and online forms
Ability to work with deadlines
