Berks Technologies - Ecoen Energy Services

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to own the Upwork pipeline end-to-end, from filtering jobs and writing winning proposals to managing first-touch client communication and handing qualified leads to the technical team. This is not a copy-paste bidding role. You will be representing an established software agency working with UK, US, and EU clients, and we expect proposals and conversations that reflect that level of professionalism.
