Bitcode is hiring a full-time on-site Sales Executive in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi for night-shift (9:00 PM-6:00 AM) outbound and inbound calling. Responsibilities include following scripts, introducing offers, closing sales, meeting daily/monthly targets and KPIs (conversions, AHT, attendance), CRM updates, objection handling, and escalating complex cases. Requires strong verbal communication, persuasive calling, basic sales process knowledge, CRM experience, basic MS Office skills, and comfort with a six-day workweek and travel. Salary 45,00050,000 PKR. Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent; freshers and candidates with up to 6 months BPO experience may apply.
