Kiran Foundation seeks child-centered Facilitators / Class Teachers in Karachi (on-site) for full-time morning-shift roles. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Social Sciences or equivalent; certificates in teaching/facilitation preferred. Candidates should plan and deliver engaging lessons, maintain records, assess students, manage classroom discipline, collaborate with parents/colleagues, and support students' social and emotional development using trauma-informed practices. Experience is beneficial but fresh graduates encouraged. Salary range PKR 30,000–60,000. Some travel required.
Kiran Foundation seeks an on-site Financial Controller in Karachi (full-time, morning shift). Responsible for full accounting cycle, financial statement preparation, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow planning, internal controls, audit coordination, grant/project accounting and donor reporting. Requires 5+ years accounting/finance experience including 2+ years supervisory/controller experience, Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, proficiency in QuickBooks/Tally/SAP or similar and advanced Excel. ACCA/CA or MBA (preferred). Salary 150,000–250,000 PKR.
