This position does not require managing a team but involves close collaboration with colleagues to achieve collective sales goals. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent verbal communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude. They will also exhibit strong listening skills to accurately identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
