On-site Tour Sales & Customer Support role in Rawalpindi (Morning shift). Responsible for responding to inquiries via phone/WhatsApp/social media, explaining tour packages, recommending options, converting inquiries into bookings, following up, maintaining booking records, handling customer concerns before/during/after tours, and achieving monthly sales and satisfaction targets. Requires good communication, knowledge of tour packages and pricing, sales and record-keeping skills, willingness to travel. Salary 40,000–60,000 PKR. Entry-level (under 1 year) with manager-level career designation.
