Hiring an experienced iCabbi Dispatcher & Operator in Rawalpindi to support UK taxi operations. Full-time, on-site role with rotational/night shifts. Must have minimum 2 years UK taxi/cab operations experience and hands-on iCabbi dispatch software skills. Responsibilities: manage real-time bookings, dispatch and allocate jobs, monitor drivers and vehicle locations, handle customer bookings/amendments/cancellations, coordinate pickups/drop-offs, maintain records and support reporting. Requires strong English, ability to work under pressure, basic computer skills, and willingness to travel as needed. Salary: 80,000–120,000 PKR.
