Independent Working Chef-I role at Dhol & Soul (Ananta Hospitality BV) in Eindhoven. On-site, full-time position (rotation shift) for an experienced cook with at least 2 years' professional kitchen experience. Must be able to independently manage a hot station, prepare Indian cuisine using tandoor/tempering/slow-simmering/frying techniques, follow standardized recipes and portion control, maintain HACCP food safety and sanitation, monitor inventory with FIFO, and train junior staff. Diploma/certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent; food safety certification preferred. Salary range: 2500 - 4000 USD.
