Our Story

Over mint tea in Dubai, Haroon Haider sketched a simple promise: take two decades of federal-contracting leadership and marry it to business strategy, financial rigor, and precise project delivery. Haroon's record includes major wins — notably a $400M fuel-supply engagement — and taught him that winning is only the first step; execution is where trust is built.

Sumera Khan joined that vision with 17 years in international banking, procurement, and government-contract finance. She engineered the financial architecture and partnerships that let complex bids scale into sustainable contracts.

Sana Rehman then seeded the culture: a CIPD-qualified HR leader with 13 years of delivering digital HR transformations and talent programs. Sana built systems that attract, develop, and retain the people who turn strategy into results.
