About the Role

We are looking for a confident and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help secure retail locations across the United States for fundraising campaigns.

We work with major charitable organizations, including Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Easterseals, and other established nonprofit organizations. Your role will involve researching suitable locations, contacting businesses across the US, and securing site bookings for face-to-face fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable retail locations across assigned US markets
• Use Google Maps and other research tools to identify potential sites
• Make a minimum of 70 outbound calls per day
• Contact businesses and professionally introduce the fundraising campaign
• Secure and confirm site bookings for charity fundraising teams
• Follow up with businesses and maintain strong relationships
• Accurately record calls, prospects, and bookings in the CRM
• Manage your assigned markets and ensure booking targets are met
• Coordinate booking details and maintain accurate records

Requirements

Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills

Confident speaking with US-based businesses

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Highly organized and target-oriented

Comfortable working independently during a night shift

Good computer and CRM skills

Previous experience with Aircall is highly preferred

Experience with lead generation using Google Maps is highly preferred

Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or outbound outreach is a plus
