What You'll Do:Manage CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and other credentialing portalsSubmit and follow up on credentialing and DEA registration applicationsHandle ERA/EFT enrollment with insurance payersCoordinate with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurersMaintain accurate and organized credentialing recordsFollow up with payers regarding network participation and provider statusEnsure timely completion and renewal of provider credentials
Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospective clientsGenerate and qualify leadsSupport email and LinkedIn outreach campaignsMaintain CRM records and track sales activities
